Welcome to KalaExpanse AI. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. They govern your access to our website, AI-powered IDE, and blockchain-integrated services across the globe.
01. Acceptance and Modifications
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KalaExpanse AI, a Sole Proprietorship based in Maharashtra, India. These Terms govern your access to the Site, the AI-powered IDE, our proprietary telemetry engine, and the "IP Vault" integration (collectively, the “Services”).
By clicking “I agree,” or by accessing the Services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of all KalaExpanse AI software.
02. Eligibility
KalaExpanse AI is available globally. However, as a condition to accessing the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- Legal Capacity: You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
- Global Sanctions: You do not reside in a region subject to comprehensive international or Indian economic sanctions (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria).
- Compliance: Your use of KalaExpanse AI does not violate any local laws regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence or software encryption in your home country.
03. Proprietary Rights & Ownership
Your Content
You retain 100% copyright and intellectual property rights to all manuscripts and lore. We claim zero ownership. You grant us a limited license only to host and process data to provide the Service to you.
Our Software
The IDE interface, telemetry algorithms, "Proof of Authorship" logic, code, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of KalaExpanse AI.
04. Technology Disclaimers (AI & Web3)
4.1 Artificial Intelligence Risks
We utilize third-party AI models (including Google Gemini and Deepgram) to power our co-pilot and dictation features. AI is an evolving, experimental technology. Output may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or contain "hallucinations." KalaExpanse AI assumes no liability for the accuracy or copyright compliance of AI-generated text. You are solely responsible for reviewing and fact-checking all content before you publish it.
4.2 Blockchain Immutability
The "IP Vault" feature utilizes the Arweave blockchain via the Irys SDK to provide cryptographic proof of your work.Transactions are permanent. Once a cryptographic hash is sealed to the blockchain, it cannot be deleted, altered, or reversed. We do not store your raw text on-chain, only the mathematical hash.
05. Economy and AI Credits

No Cash Value: AI Credits, Coins, and Subscription tiers are virtual licenses to access our compute resources. They are not cryptocurrency, hold no real-world fiat value, and cannot be withdrawn.

Refund Policy: Because we provide a generous free tier to test the platform, we employ a strict refund policy. You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of a purchase only if zero (0) credits have been consumed. Once any purchased credits are used, the transaction is strictly non-refundable.
06. Prohibited Activity
You agree not to:
- Use bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract AI-generated lore or training data.
- Attempt to falsify "Proof of Authorship" scores or bypass our database Row Level Security.
- Generate Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content inciting violence.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the KalaExpanse telemetry engine.
- Share your account credentials or resell your AI Credits to third parties.
07. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KALAEXPANSE AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (INR 1000) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS DUE TO BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK FAILURE, OR ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED ERRORS.
08. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
